The Fat Heater Workout


If you are looking for a serious aerobic and bodyweight coaching schedule, you are in the right place, because this work out will provide you with the advantages of both.

Today I involved an work out that is new for me – the extreme Turkish get-up with a rim. It was difficult and that's why I did not do many of them, but they are bittersweet fun.

If you are a frequent Customer on my route, then you already know I believe you don't need lots of your power and effort invested doing limitless aerobic or bodyweight workouts NOR do you need any costly devices or even a gym frequent membership, all you need is your body!

New audiences ask me this a lot, and sometimes I am just trembling my go, because genuinely if you do these exercises effectively, you should be completely invested at the end, not thinking if you should do more! It is essential that you know that you don't need to invest time coaching if your only objective is common training, fat reduction, and awesome muscular mass. If you are not an experienced sportsman, then why would you want to pain yourself with time of limitless aerobic and bodyweight lifting?


The key is in reliability and durability.

Jump String – 60 repetitions other leg
Explosive Turkish Get-Up with Wheelie – 5 Reps
Power Seat Step-Ups – 20 repetitions on one leg
Transverse Panels – 10 reps
Power Seat Step-Ups – 20 Reps other leg
Gravity-Defying Batman – 20 reps
